Complimentary ground shipping inside the USA. Allow approximately 5-7 business days.

Priority shipping can be selected at checkout for a flat fee of $15 per item. Allow approximately 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Priority shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer complimentary returns. To initiate a return, email support@overwinterco.com and include your order number in the subject line. We can email you a prepaid return shipping label and subtract it from your refund, or you can return it to us using your own shipping method.

International orders do not qualify for complimentary shipping or returns. Shipping options can be selected at checkout, and will include all customs, duties or VAT fees.
